I'm not sure if these are 2 new cans of tomato or just part of the 6 total cans that were there.
The view from a slightly different angle.

an occasional series of photos devoted to the tombstone of Andy Warhol

As we approached the cemetary the sight of a downed tree met our eyes. At first, we thought that Andy would be under the tree.
However, as we moved closer, we could see that the tree top was right behind Andy's parents.
Here is the view from right in front.
This is the base of the tree...
and the view from the base of the tree.
When we first approached the scene two fawns who had been resting in the downed tree ran out. Here is one of them.

The cans had been rearranged back to the top of the tombstone. The sun hit them just right to leave a great shadow effect.
A little closer.

The tombstone has been turned into a soup aisle. Only two varieties available, but they have been nicely organized.
Campbell's Tomato on the top.
Campbell's Chicken Noodle on the side.

A second can of Campbell's Chicken Noodle has been added to the one that has been on the tombstone lately.
They have been placed in fairly symmetrical positions.

Since not much had changed and the flowers were looking beautiful, its time to look at the tombstone from their perspective. From the front...
and from the side.

A few recent additions include a couple of guitar picks, some pink plastic beads and a cigar.
Here is a close up of a pick and beads.
I'm not sure how Andy would have felt about cigar smoke, but a cigar was placed in the brown candle that has been on the tombstone for some time.
